  • Susan King:  Susan started her real estate career in 1987.  A natural, Susan has always excelled in real estate.  In 1995 she was named Top Producer for Coldwell Banker’s Bossier office.  After teaming with her husband John in 1998 their business has steadily grown.  Her ability to get buyers and sellers to the closing table is unexcelled.
  • John King:  John became a full time Realtor in 1997, and is also an Associate Broker for Coldwell Banker J. Wesley Dowling & Associates, Inc.  John brings strong negotiating skills to the table, and has the ability to work with a large number of clients without sacrificing personal service.  Prior to joining Susan in real estate, he was in the Oil & Gas Business for 25 years.  John is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) and since 1983 has been Vice President of Head & King Exploration, Company.
